Cultivated in a system of agroforestry and regenerative agriculture, Jaguara’s commitment to reducing their carbon footprint by creating entire mini farming ecosystems is truly remarkable. After picking and separating, they soaked this coffee for 3 days in their new Metal fermentation tank and let it bubble in its own juices. Really remarkable profile!
Currently tastes like: milk chocolate from a stovetop, pink peppercorn, cooked fruits (plum and apple) and a whole lot of personality.
